For the Wasteland Clothing HD and the The Weapon Mod Menu, I am noob at manual downloads and I use the NMM. Can I use the NMM, if so how? also
i downloaded the NMC thing and the first saloon in good springs, inside is all black
and i even downloaded the wasteland clothes hd and thats not on

Hey bud, after installing new textures and such it's recommended to toggle "archive invalidation" OFF, and then back ON. I'm not sure where that would be in NMM but there is an option for it somewhere.

And usually there's installation instructions within the mod description so check all of that carefully.

Got it to work, I had to download the medium version
