Scary Levels/Sections In Non-Horror Games

Inspired by Vault 22 in F:NV, what are some of the levels or sections in games that aren't necessarily horror or scare-focused, but you found to be scary. Nb: 'Scary' in this context can include any atmospheric or freaky section where it's designed to be unsettling or frightening, not necessarily just jump-scares.
For me, it's got to be the haunted Ocean House Hotel level of Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. Despite being a vampire game set in what is essentially a horror setting, VtMB isn't a horror game per se, but this level was down right creepy and scary in all the right ways. I can't even remember very much combat in that level either, but the ambiance and atmosphere was some of the best I've ever seen in gaming. Very memorable experience!
Secondly, though not an entire level, there's the freaky bit in Metro: Last Light where you go through the tunnel of flesh made of hands that grab at you. That freaked me out so much I had to pause it half way through and take a break. :p Don't get me wrong, Last Light almost counts as a horror game in it's own right - there are a LOT of freaky bits! - so barely gets on the list, but dat tunnel dough...
The more I think about it actually, the more Metro: Last Light is one of my favourite games of all time, but I digress...
Ravenholme from Half Life 2 deserves a mention too.
Any others you can think of? Remember: The best moments are from games that aren't intended to be horror/scary games.
