Hello All!

I'm looking at upgrading my current Computer. I would like to start off with a new graphics card. I have looked at many different sites and many different card but I really don't know where to begin. Was hoping I can get some feedback here or at least a starting place.

MY PC SPECS
System Model: Dell XPS 8300
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Monitors: 1 HP L1950 and a Sanyo 22" TV
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 530
Memory: 8GB
Processor: Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz

~~Because of the difference of resolution between the two screens I have ( the HP monitor maxing at 1280 x 1024 and the TV maxing at 1920 x 1080), the resolution that I currently use is 1360 x 768 for the TV and 1280 x 1024 for the monitor. I do eventually plan on upgrading to having two 1920 x 1080 monitors but this is what I have to work with.

As for what I am looking for is to be able to actually play some of the games I own on steam with a good amount a frame rate. At least 30FPS. Currently most of the games I own (like Bioshock and Deus Ex: Human Revolution) are unplayable because of the low quality and high frame skipping. I would also like to start streaming but that isn't a main priority right now. So any advice would be very helpful.

My current budget is about 250$ If any more information is need just let me know and I will post it.

Thanks in advance for any help or advise that I get!
