Hello, so I had a computer put together for me awhile back by my a local shop (specs below) and ever since I been getting these blue screen errors randomly, sometimes only every few months or a few times a week. It's a blue screen error: Whea_Uncontrollable_Error, I know absolutely nothing about computers, can't put em together or even put specs together to buy parts (had help). It's been a few months since I've had it built and lost my job over time so I'm not in a position to go back to the shop cause their pretty pricey. I read somewhere online that it could be over heating, I have open hardware monitor opening at all times and never see a problem. Truly I just have zero idea what this error is or how to even go about possibly fixing it. If anyone has a rough idea I'd greatly appreciate the help. OS: Windows 8.1
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Pro3
