So i watched your stream for 3 days fully , its good you stream so long because i can't do much after my nose operation.so the thing is when you do giveaway i type !enter ( once ) and i look up your website it says entered current giveaway ( no ).... i kept refreshing and still it said (no) i than type again !enter and i get banned for 500 secs so i could not enter any giveaway. do i do something wrong? help

It's likely you were banned for that period because the second time you typed !enter was after the giveaway had already chosen a winner. If you're watching the stream, you have to remember that the notifier on stream is a good 30 seconds or so behind the chat; even if it says there's a giveaway still going on, the giveaway may have already closed. Watch the chat instead.

As for the website saying you're not in the giveaway after entering once, it may be one of two things. First, the website may not have updated even if your entry was received. And second, your entry may not have been received. As a mod has said in a different topic, there's no penalty for entering multiple times as long as you don't spam it, so simply try typing !enter again if the website still says no after a few seconds.
