Web Sub Has Disappeared, 2nd Edition

Making this new topic in case bumping the preexisting one I had in the archive wasn't a great choice. Same issue as before, account says I have my websub and so does paypal, but the site doesn't seem to recognize it. Is there something on my end that's messing up the websub thing, or am I just unlucky? =/
