I don't think this is normal but this is my first PC build just checking on everything trying to look for any problems and notice this Norton secruity is downloaded to my PC and keeps sending me notifications when doing more than 2 things that my cup usage hit 100% on this graph you can see it's everywhere and my cousin usage stays at a normal 25% anyone know what is happening also when I open anything the country usage spikes to 50% and drops back down to about 30% my temps are normal according to CPUID but I don't think this is please help

We would need some more information regarding your PC build to really decide. ^.^'

What CPU do you have
How much RAM,
What programs are running when it spikes
Have you checked which programs are taking up the most CPU?


Easiest way to check which program is taking up the most CPU is to open Task Manager (CTRL ALT DELETE) and click "More Details" down the bottom of the window.

I'm not running anything I have checked I just boot up the pc and this occurs my usage is 25% at least no matter what I'm doing I barely have anything downloaded to the pc besides drivers I have an intel i5-4590 and 8gb of ram
