Hi,
I've been a dual sub since last June, but it doesn't look like my web sub is being recognised - it certainly used to be shown - I've checked Paypal and the January payment has been made.

I saw payments listed through December, but I never saw January payment. Please check to make sure there actually IS a January payment, because it is not showing there is one for us.

Thanks for looking at the problem - I've checked with my Paypal account and it looks like it's gone through at my end.
Here's a screen grab of the payment - there's nothing on the image that compromises security from what I can see (if not then feel free to delete the image):-

I understand there were a couple of problems lately with web subs - I've got the website sub banner, but under 'Web Subs' when I mouse over my id (top right on the screen) I get the option to upgrade to subscribe.
Should I cancel the paypal recurring payment and then re-subscribe?
Thanks.

Your best bet to be safe would be to cancel the current one on PayPal, then after your sub actually expires here on the site, resub via the website.
