First I want to advice to wait before changing your GPU because Nvidia actually work on new GPU series with 24Go memory DDR5 and they should sell some models of the new series as same price as a Titan X.

So buy a new graphic card theses times is useless I think...

For RAM, you should check your socket on your MB, for examples :

DDR3 : Socket AMD AM3+, Socket 1155, Socket 1150 HASWELL
DDR4 : Socket 1151 SKYLAKE, Socket 2011-3 HASWELL Refresh

You can't use DDR4 memory on a chipset which support only DDR3.

I think for your MB Asus Z87-A, you have a Socket 1150, so you can only use DDR3 RAM.

;) ;) ;)

gpu,
The GTX 1070 launch will accompany the GTX 1080 and will be available in Q3 2016 this summer.

Don't know what GPUOrkh4nn speaks off, maybe a tesla gpu ? which is not meant for gaming.
