Token transfer

Hey, I decided to make a new account on Twitch but I lost my tokens because of that. I asked a moderator on Cohh's stream if it's possible to transfer tokens from one account to another. I got sent here. So, here I am

Bumping and also I wanted to say that I have two twitch accounts on the same email so I can't really make a new forum account (don't know if its necessary). Also, the second account that I want to transfer the tokens to is "FluidExtractor".
