Not sure which MOBO is best for my build.

I made a purchase from Cyberpowerpc. I bought a Gigabyte X99 SLI and after reading reviews I heard that a bunch of these MOBOs have problems with the bios and end up dying. I'm not sure how big of a problem this is but I seem to hear it alot with this motherboard. I've heard good things about ASUS X99 motherboards being better. I need to know which motherboard will not die or have problems for me most likely, or which motherboard will get the most out of my build may be the better choice of words or if I should stick with what I have. Please forgive me for asking but I have no idea what all the letters and number stand for on all the MOBO names and i'm not sure which fits best with my build.
PS should I get different case fans from the default ones?
my build was
CARE1: Ultra Enhanced Packaging Solution - Protect Your Dream System During Transit
CAS: CyberPowerPC X-Titan 100 MID-Tower Gaming Case w/ Side-Window Panel
CPU: Intel® Core™ Processor i7-6850K Six-Core 3.60GHz 15MB Intel Smart Cache LGA2011-V3
CS_FAN: Default case fans
FAN: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler w/ PWM fan - Efficient Cooling Performance
HDD: 512GB SanDisk X400 SSD + 4TB SATA III Hard Drive Combo
MEMORY: 32GB (8GBx4) DDR4/2800MHz Quad Channel Memory [-94] (ADATA XPG Z1)
MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE X99-SLI ATX w/ Intel GbE LAN, 4x Gen3 PCIe x16, 3 PCIe x1, 1x M.2 PCIe & SATA III, 10x SATA 6Gb/s

And I was thinking of switching to one of these ASUS boards if they work better with my build, either
ASUS X99-A II ATX w/ RGB, USB 3.1 Type-C, Intel GbE LAN, 4x Gen3 PCIe x16, 2 PCIe x1, 1x M.2 PCIe & SATA III or U.2 port, (All Venom OC Certified) (None)
ASUS X99-A/U3.1 ATX W/ Intel GbE LAN, 4x Gen3 PCIe x16, 2x PCIe x1, 1x M.2 PCIe, 8x SATA 6Gb/s, (All Venom OC Certified)
ASUS X99-E ATX w/ USB 3.1 Type-C, Intel GbE LAN, 3x Gen3 PCIe x16, 2 PCIe x1, 1x M.2 PCIe & SATA III or U.2 port, (All Venom OC Certified)
Please let me know which one works best for me.
