Could you please give more details? What red light on motherboard and where on it? Do you hear any beeping sounds? If yes, then in what intervals?
Can you access anything at all in the OS? Can you get at least to the BIOS?

Is there any beeping sound? Is diode blinking in some pattern? You could try turning it off, disconnecting it from power source and then holding power button for around 20 seconds. After that connect the PC back to the socket and try launching it. This will discharge all the capacitors.

So if you no CPU fan working or not even PSU fan then I think it's burnt PSU unit or/and motherboard. Not sure though. Maybe someone with more experience in the field can help you. Let's hope that your PC has still valid warranty.

You could try checking if all the connectors on motherboard are properly attached but I don't see how could they disconnect on power blackout.

I'm sorry but I can't help you further...

Oh wow, that is really unfortunate. All I can recommend to prevent something like this ever happening in the future is to get UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply/Source).
