Heya, Just wondering if anyone has played "the Long Dark" and if is any good?

I played the game when it was in it's early stages. At the time I enjoyed it.

I've recently put a couple hours into the game, I quite like it. I've been wanting to put more into the game but haven't dedicated time towards it.

I think it's a great game. It has a steep learning curve so just prepare to die a lot in the beginning until you start to learn the map. You'll either freeze to death or be killed by wolves until you find good shelter and understand how to battle/avoid wolves. Sorry. But it's such a rush to get over that hump. Find that rifle, craft some fur clothes and the wilderness is yours!

The devs are constantly making the game better and there will be a story line when it's completed. Long term plan is to have all 4 seasons! There are different play modes and about 5 maps. Very much worth the price of admission.
