Token Transfer and name Change

Hello,
Could it be possible to transfer my tokens from my old account RakkaPhoenix to my new twitch account Pasroe?
The problem is that I have some token on this acount too, I didn't know that it was possible to transfer tokens from one account to another... =S
And I would really apriciate if I could have my name changed here from RakkaPhoenix to Pasroe to help me have the correct twitch account link here, that would be really nice!
