Stuck on source quality

Hello everyone,
This may be a stupid question to everyone but I have my video quality stuck on source on the stream even though I have medium selected. (Yes im at work and the pipe out isnt very good
) I can tell the quality is source and it buffers frequently. This just started happening and it seems only to be on Cohh's stream. Am I crazy or is this a thing? Can anyone help?
