Can't change my avatar

Trying to upload a new avatar, just replaces it with my original one. Tried deleting my avatar first then uploading the new one, still replaces it with the original one.

The site is heavily cached to help with load times when a lot of people hit the site at the same time. It generally does change, it just has to refresh the cache after a period of time.
