Token Transfer/Problem in account pairing.

Hello,
I have deleted my old twitch account "Dcreams" & made a new account "Vigverk" using the same e-mail.
I want to transfer my tokens in my old account "Dcreams" to the new one "Vigverk". Although, the problem is that I can't login to my new account. Whenever I try to pair it, it always pairs me with my old account. Thus, I've never been able to login to cohhlition with my new account.
I'm now afraid that I will simply lose all the tokens I had already or even worse, that I won't be getting tokens in the future. Does it help if I delete my account in Cohhlition(Dcreams) and try to sign up again with the new one? Would I lose the tokens forever if I were to do something like that?
