Hugeaway Elegilibility is Not Automatic

Hello,
Ive been a dual sub for a while now, and everything was as it should be. but then i changed my Twitch username (with the just introduced capability) and that disconnected my twitch account from my cohhlition account(which makes sense). this set my eligibility to manual (this also makes sense).
what does not make sense is that when i connected my new account, my eligibility stayed at manual
