Heya all

I´ve been trying to wrap my head around the whole mixer scene and the more I read up on it, the more confused I get. So why not ask the greatest community known to man :)

What I want to do is to have some kind of mixer to control my sounds when i stream. The thing is that want to be able to set gamesound, teamspeak, spotify separatly through the hardware mixer.

Is this even possible?

Nordhnet - it seems unlikely, without some very specific piece of hardware communicating with your motherboard's sound chip.

I mean something like multiple USB DACs for output channels, a software suite to assign programs to specific channels (CheVolume), and a mixer with enough channels for your needs.

For smaller scale software ideas - what about something like Roccat Power Grid?

I just found something called Palette Aluminum Professional Control Surface Kit

- but it seems to be very "professional" one :)
