The Cohhilition

I encounter a problem while trying to purchase a websub via paypal.

After clicking on subscribe and login into paypal I get a notice that this payment cannot be processed from my Bank account and that I have to add a Credit Card.

When I add a Credit Card I end up on an "Add a Bank Account" Form.
Since I cannot add my Bank Account twice I press cancel and land on a
"Select Payment method" screen with no Payment method to select (not event the added Credit Card, which is added to my Account, I checked)

I started the verify Credit Card process and would try again when this is done.

Relevant info:
I'm from Germany
Used Browser: Chrome 58.0.3029.110
I use this paypal account (successfully without a credit card) for my Twitch Subs.

Has anyone an idea what the problem might be?

Workaround: go to the stream, click "donate" and choose "Websubs for me" and the amount. I had the same problem (also from Germany )
