Twitch VoDs --> Edit --> youtube. Need help!

Hi guys!
I am trying to get my past broadcasts to youtube and I have been trying to use some edit programs to cut out breaks and intros and such, but Davinci Revlo keeps crashing and gives me no audio & Lightworks just gives me insane desync.
I just want to be able to download my VoD, edit out a few bits of it, and into 1 hour segemnts that I can upload to youtube. Can anyone help with what the problems are with those programs or something else that might work? Getting desperate here.
