I am both hubdawg and junkyarddan - I want all my tokens transferred to junkyarddan

I changed my username to better suit my new channel I am building on twitch. Of course that boogered up my tokens. I changed my twitch username to junkyarddan it used to be hubdawg and has 4398 tokens. Can you guys help me ? I have no idea how to send you a message form both account on twitch. My name is changed and I can not send a message from both accounts.
