Building a new pc

So hello every pc lover here in cohhlition.
I am building first pc and currently i need some input where i should change and maybe save some money also in long run.
As you can see from my pcpartpicker part list i am in need of input considering CPU, Memory and monitor. I am trying to make future proof pc that will serve me dutifully until i scrap it for parts and build yet another pc.
Currently i am playing between AOC- G2770PF 27inch and samsung c27fg70 27 inch(linked specs) monitors. Which i should buy when i want price and quality to meet and be balanced.
Also should i drop i7-7700k and take another skylake cpu? Should i drop 16gb and only put 8 gb in when i want to try out same games that cohhcarnage has tried on last 2 years?
