Tokens not going up

Hi there,
I changed my name and now my tokens aren't going up. Here's the thing though, when I changed my name on Twitch I went through the following steps.
1. I disassociated my twitch account with the site
2. I then changed my name
3. I reassociated my account with the new account name on Twitch
I had tracked it for a few hours after I did this and thought that the token amount had been going up at first, but nothing is increasing now. This morning I did disconnect and reconnect my account between here and twitch.
Name was NGS_SeaEnvy and is now SeaEnvy2. You might understand why I wanted to remove the NGS
