Token Transfer

Hi, I recently changed my name to LadyV on Twitch and would like to know if I can get my tokens transferred to this username from LadyVGames? Also my twin sister, twinsistersgaming, would need hers transferred to her new account which is LadyLegacy. Thank you in advance if you can help!
