Exactly this i believe, and the people that are hosting it gave nothing but trouble it seems.

Yes, the provider was all but helpful. Stating facts that I already knew. They also tried to over-charge me for the month because of the number of support tickets I created. Isn't a company supposed to help fix problems and provide a working service? xD
But yeah, the attempted charge for support tickets is what irked me.
