With me being on 3rd shift schedule i usually watch the playthroughs on youtube. was wondering if anyone knew when or if the zelda breath of the wild will be put on youtube?

It was not uploaded to YouTube and will not be; Nintendo has strict rules about uploading videos of their games unless partnered with them, which Cohh is not. Sorry.
