Twitch Name Change - Transfer of tokens

Hey Admin peeps,
Twitch name change some moons ago; was wondering whether the tokens from sgtawesomesauce_ could be transferred to new name saucybrotato

Try logging out of The Cohhilition site completely and then logging back in with Twitch. This will connect things on the back end for a smooth transfer.
