Name Change

So seems changing my twitch name confused the linking here and there, like many others. Not sure how to fix it if I can?
My old name is this one Alterreon and my new name on twitch on faillupward (would prefer to have that name here too if I can) is there anyway I can link them over (think my tokens might have stopped accruing, or showing or something). Thanks
