LF "Bubonic Trail, Murder Boots" Item

Hi everyone!
I'm currently working on a funny Dark Pact build and it's ridiculous so far. The pair of boots mentioned in the title would in theory be a giant DPS-boost for my build, so I want to try it out.
This item is currently traded for 60 chaos +, so it's not quiet cheap. If you have a pair with 6% life and don't use it yourself, I would gladly accept trade offers.
If it works out as I'm thinking, I would gladly share my build with all of you in a guide than afterwards
