Twitch Name Changed.

HI. I changed my twitch name long ago and I just figured out that my Cohhilition is linked to my old account name. I saw the post that I'm suppose to state my old and new account name in this thread to get it fixed. I'm terribly sorry if I'm wrong.
Old account name : xamlaiweexam
New Account name : Xammy96
And if the tokens from my old twitch account can't be transferred, it's fine. I jst want my Cohhilition forum login to be similar to my twitch accounts.
