No longer getting tokens

I brought up the strange bug where I am a -% towards my next token level, but now it seems like I have stoppped collecting them all together. I have been at 17993 for the last few days now. I appear in the view list so not sure whats going on. Attached is a screen shot of what the top of the stie currently looks like for me.
