What is this game?!?!?!

Hey guys, I am trying to remember a game I am pretty sure Cohh played but it's been so long I can't be sure. I have looked through his youtube playlists and the games Cohh has streamed on the forum and I can't find it.
The game is a sci fi space kinda game that takes place on an alien planet. The only thing I really remember is you have a kind of space station/ base that can dock with various platforms you find on the planet. The space station/ base is circular and you can add different rooms to it that give you upgrades that you can craft. If I remember correct, you can only be outside for a certain amount of time (I think).
This game was played probably in 2016 as I started watching Cohh when he first started Fallout4 when it came out.
I know that isn't much to go on, but it has been bothering the heck out of me. Thanks in advance guys!
