Looking for noob friendly budget 3.10 build

As the tittle says I am looking for a noob friendly budget 3.10 build for PoE
It should be end game viable as well. Let the suggestions come

Go for an AMD build mostly Ryzen 5 3600 cpu and RTX 2060 super/ Rx 580 is also Awesome for Future Proofing and RAM 16 GB dual channel. Im gonna suggest you to shell out at least 900$ for a decent build. I'm from India so plz check the price in ur area. Some components are cheaper Offline so yeah that's about it. HOPE THAT HELPS

You got your stuff mixed up it would seem
or you didn't read what I wrote exactly
When I say looking for a build it means in PoE.
