Deadly Premonition's a good game in my opinion. It's not scary all the time but it has zombies. Not released on Steam until October 29th though. :/

How to Survive key for Cohh come 10/23! For anyone else interested it is pretty cheap at Steam and GMG right now. There is also
Damned which is in early access but looks fun -- like a multiplayer Amnesia.

Cohh if you could stream PS2 I would highly suggest one of the Fatal Frame games for scary; by far the top scariest games ever, especially if you like Japanese Horror.

The Fatal Frame series are probably my fav console "survival" games. Seconded! The first three are on the PS3 online store so no need for a PS2

Cohh, good ol chap, you should join me in a few rounds of Damned. Its a pretty scary/fun online horror game.

You should definitely look into playing Ib and Mad Father which are indie games (free to download).
They have a nice story, creepy, and fun!
