What is Mafia?

Mafia is a party/role-playing game of lies and deceit. It is not a computer/console game! Players are members from the community who partake in a multi-round talking game where players lie and scheme to try and find the "Mafia" from within the group. This game is a fun and engaging way for community members to meet and interact with each other while lying their faces off.


How do we play it?

Using a multi-webcam program off the web, we have everyone involved on camera/mic (so you can see facial expressions) on the screen throughout the game. One person is the moderator, while everyone else is comprised of Mafia/Town/Special Characters.


How do I join?

People will be picked from the stream chat 30-15 minutes before the scheduled time in a first-come-first-served fashion. It is important to note that subs will have priority, but don't feel discouraged if you are not subbed, sometimes there won't be enough players and everybody will get the opportunity to join. Make sure you have everything you will need before you ask to be invited. There will be multiple games throughout the night, so there is more than one chance for you to get in on some Mafia action. Just be around during the down time before and after games, people leave and join all the time.


What do I need to play?

You need a working webcam and a microphone. You will also need a Zoom account, along with the program installed and working; if you have any issues with Zoom or would like to test it out first, post in this thread or in the stream chat and there will most likely be somebody willing to help.

This megathread is thought to have all mafia related posts in one single place to avoid scattering them across the forums, generating nothing but spam to those who aren't interested in the game and making it hard to find them for those who are. This is just a temporary until Cohh can set up the proper subforums for Mafia.

First game:

15 players - 3 mafia 2kp til 2, 1 Cop. 1 Medic. 1 Hypno. Two lynches day 1, no shoots.

Night 0: Belandrial and Garbeezy killed.
Day 1: nobody lynched, time runs out.
Night 1: Noba and Kitty killed.
Day 2: Dego claimed town (was hypno’d but hypno doesn’t come up), town lynches him. Darimm gets lynched.
Night 2: N0bb3r killed.
Day 3: Midnight modkilled due disconnection. Nobody died.
Night 3: Karter killed.
Day 4: Nobody lynched. Town wins.

There were no roles, everybody was town and Modette was killing people at random.

First game:

Town: 2 cops, 1 medic, 1 hypno (shot during the day)
Mafia: 3 vanilla, 1 mad hatter, 1 psycho


Night 0: Cohh dies
Day 1: Snikrep lynched
Night 1: N0bb3r dies
Day 2: AlphaKenny shot, MadCatFelix lynched
Night 2: Darimm killed
Day 3: 0wnWilson lynched
Night 3: Dego killed
Day 4: IvoryRoses, Navarri, Belandrial, Kitty and Mav shot (mod provided weapons to speed up the game). Town sleeps.
Night 4: Nariis killed
Day 5: Odnetnin lynched. Mafia wins.

Mafia: 4 vanilla, 1 Godfather

Night 0: Puma, Kitty and Darimm killed.
Day 1: ChriZZZzzzz and Spectrum shot. Town sleeps.
Night 1: Garbeezy and BalthezarX killed.
Day 2: Cohh shot. Ultiman3rd lynched.
Night 2: Gummiclown and Raevyn killed.
Day 3: Starzerg lynched.
Night 3: Derier and Queenofsporks killed.
Day 4: Nothingxs lynched. Mafia wins.
