Blade and Soul : Chaos Destroyer Build for PVE (Updated Level 45 cap)

Blade and Soul skill mastery system is a very interesting one. A class, such as destroyer can be built into different forms to focus on different aspects, such as disable, tank, buff/debuff or DPS. My build focuses on disabling, for PVE purpose, specificially for party play in dungeons.
