Guild Wars 2: Guardian Paladin 3.0

Ok next up on the build tour is redoing Paladin 2.0. And explaining what I use the original for and what I use 3.0 for now. What you will notice is I abandoned AH. Because it isn't being buffed, and is falling more behind. So no reason to hang onto it anymore for now.
