Okies, the ONLY thing I would change (judging from the textfile) is your Graphics card (now that you are on a budget, as discussed on Steam)
The only possible problems are these two : Can your Power Supply handle it AND is there room in your PC case.
How big is your Power Supply (usually is listed on the side of it - 550W or 600W or something) ?
Your existing gfxcard isn't super small, but would there be room for a longer card where your current gfxcard is now?
