I was wondering if he has his build public anywhere? Im level 15 templar i enjoy using bows but sort of wondering how to disperse my skills and especially attributes. I hope to spend most my time in pvp.

Also i can't seem to find a scrolling combat text mod that isn't out of date? is there a list of his mods anywhere? I hate not being able to see my damage that im doing.

There's no direct link and I don't think he'll make one for a while still.. as he's still playing around with it.. I would suggest you go to some of the various ESO sites and read their guides.. or try to look at the skills and find synergies n whatnot.
ESO can looks pretty daunting, but you CAN respec your talents - they're not set in stone forever.. it IS pretty expensive, though.. so.. tbh - don't worry about "optimizing" your char 100% while you're levelling, the levelling experience should be the goal.. not stressing/racing to 50 + 10 veteran levels without understanding anything of the lore or immersion.. coz then you'll just be sitting around twiddling thumbs while you wait for them to release new content..

So.. enjoy the journey also.. and try to READ and understand what's going on in the skill trees.. and what kind of synergies you can build up.. and what's ok while levelling, coz you'll probably want/need to respec anyways.

Cohh uses ZrMinimap (sometimes), Esohead, EsoheadMarkers, LootDrop & Foundry Tactical Combat.. some of them ARE probably out-of-date, but the frequent patching means that this isn't necessarily the end of the world. Try them anyways and see.. go to ESOUI.com and maybe try the mmo-minion program to update addons.
