There are a total of 240 infamy points you can reduce per day if you want to travel to both continents.
However, the information for several quests is incorrect.

Ok, on the west side they are in the city of Marianople, one to pick weeds, the other to clean sewers.
Right where it says "Shrine of Awakening"
Once you get your infamy and crime down to 0 points, talk to an Honor Collector in Austera and get the quest "A Juror's Rights" *IF YOU WANT JURY DUTY AGAIN*.

You now have to progress to 100 points killing 3 different elite mobs - you can choose which mobs you kill. I went to Falcorth Plains for this.
There are packs of 35 elites... and I mean packs. Like 10-15 of them standing around chatting about the weather. There are 2 mobs that patrol - one is a dog. Kill it first then focus down the caster.
Once you get 100/100, return to the secretary in Austera and you will be put back into jury duty, if that is what you want.
