Multi twitch

After getting bored constantly making a new multi twitch url with the people I follow, there are online, I decided to make a little system for it.
To get a page with all the online streamers from The Cohhilition streaming group, the link would look like this http://captain-slow.dk/twitch/follower. ... ohhilition it also accept a ?user= or team and user at the same time. If there is someone you don't want to ever see you can also add &except= followed by the twitch user name. So if you want to watch The Cohhilition streaming group, without Cohh it would be like http://captain-slow.dk/twitch/follower. ... ohhcarnage

Added some more functions so the page.
force=streamname
This will insert the stream name put in, and always make it show on the page, even if the stream is offline. More streams can be set by typing them like streamname/streamname/streamname
limit=int
Set a limit of streams to show, so if the limit is set to 4 and there is 5 live streams, it will take 4 random out of the 5. If one or more streams are set with the force variable those will go over the limit. So if a limit of 4 is set, and once stream is forced, it will show up to 5 streams. When using limit in combination with force, the selected random streams will never include the forced one.
