Looking for a capture card

Hey everyone,
I'm trying a 2-pc setup for my stream to increase performance on my gaming pc. I have a secondary pc set up, but I'm having trouble deciding what capture card I should buy. I was considering the Avermedia HD Live Gamer, but people who have it aren't recommending it, and I'm afraid it might be a bit overkill.
Stream PC specs:
Intel C2Q Q6600
Nvidia GT210
400W PSU
8GB RAM
Windows 7 HP
Is there anyone who can shed some light on my situation?
