PvE Squad/Division/whatever

Since i'm not that much interested in PvP, but enjoy PvE i'd like to have that Part organized a little bit better.
With Auroria and therefor the 10man dungeon Serpentis coming(which rewards with awesome gear on par with crafted gear[if not better]) i think we should get ready for that
Also the tier 2 and 3 of the Haslaweapons will be available(as per the latest information in the patchnotes) so we should think about gathering again and try to hold it with the guild(with a big raid or two at first and then splitting up into groups after we hold the spots - maybe another tactic, hard to work one out efficiently on your own^^)
thats the two main things that were on my mind, sry i messed up and didnt write this thread earlier
If any of the officers would like to talk with me to work this out anyhow, just let me know
