as far as i know it's like the carrot dash, but with a pack on the forward speed seems to be bugged, you need to hold W+A or D to move at the right speed

when you hold W+A/D the donkey still runs in a straight line, just off to one side so you'll need to turn your view, still also mean you can't use the auro run

froma traderun i did with a carrot dash in the group, i was moving faster than the carrot dash without using a carrot, while the carrot dash was

It's more likely forward movement isn't bugged, but strafe running is. A common bug in older games, in early testing is forward and sideways movement are additive, so they make you run faster.

I hope it's a bug in your favor however, and forward movement is supposed to be that fast. Mainly because I'll totally get one if it's faster.
