Processor: Amd Phenom(tm) II X6 1100T Processor 3.30 GHz
RAM: 8GB

I realy want to upgrade my pc, because i have some massive Frame drops when i play. can someone help me with some suggestions Please?

here ya go, basicly buy a i5 4690/4690k, a gold powersuply over 500 watts from evga,coolermaster or seasonic,750w if you want sli. then you go with a gtx 970, doesnt really matter which one you take, i've heard good things about the asus,evga and msi versions. then you spend what you have left on a motherboard
