Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data

This Website, The Cohhilition Forums, collects and stores the following information from you the user of the site

  • IP address is collected into the Server access log, it is linked to your Twitch ID if you login to the Forums.
  • If you login with Twitch we will collect and store your Twitch Registered email address, Login, Display name and current Twitch Profile picture
  • Any information you enter into any form/forum entry is collected and stored

Other Web Properties

Other Web Properties, including but not limited to The Token Store, VodChat and CohhVatars, utilise Various login Services

When use choose to login to your "Cohhilition Account" via one of those services we will collect and store the relevant infomration about that account.

This information is shown back to you, to allow you to ID whom and how you are logged in

This information is collected and stored and shared with no third parties, it's for internal use only

This information is used to identify you between various services, handling unban requests, access to Bot features and/or access to our Game Servers or Clans/Groups

Email verification status is used to help prevent malicious access to our service(s)

By service collect and use

  • IP Address is collected into the Server access log and connected to the ID of the logged in service for the purpose of debugging/tracing website access as needed

If you login/link with Twitch, we will collect:

  • Twitch ID (a unique numerical number)
  • Twitch Registered Email Address and if it is verified
  • Login and Display Name (aka the CapitiLisatiOn of your name)
  • Current URL to your Profile Picture

If you login/link with Google, we will collect:

  • Google ID (a unique numerical number)
  • Google Registered Email Address and if it is verified
  • Google Profile Picture
  • Your selected YouTube Channels (the one you send comments to a live stream as), title (aka name you send messages as in Live Chat) and customURL

If you login/link with Discord, we will collect:

  • Discord ID (a unique numerical number)
  • Discord Username
  • Discord Profile Picture
  • Discord registered email address and if it is verified

If you login/link with Steam, we collect:

  • Steam ID (a unique numerical number)
  • Steam Username
  • Steam Profile Picture

Cohhilition Mobile app

  • IP address is collected into the Server access log, it is not linked to your Twitch ID.
  • If you login with Twitch we do not store any information beyond your public TwitchID, Twitch username (and display name) and profile image, these are not stored and only used to enrich your experience
  • If you login with Twitch will store your entered email address if entering the Hugeaway for the purpose of emailing you if you win the hugeaway.
  • The Cohhilition Mobile apps will use Data from VodChat and thus YouTube to show Playlists and Videos within those playlists.

Third Party Services

  • Google Analytics maybe used to collect anonomous usage information for this website
  • Google/YouTube API's are used to embed videos posted in forum posts.
  • CohhCarnage VodChat nor the Forums nor the Mobile does not collect or store any Google/YouTube information from you the user of this WebSite.
  • This website and VodChat doesn't collect any YouTube data from visitors of this website.
  • VodChat only collects Playlist and Video data from the channels belonging to CohhCarnage YouTube, this data is not shared with third parties.
  • Game information boxart and images are displayed from IGDB's CDN
