This is my farm right now. I have massive plans to change it considerably during the upcoming winter. I'll upload a new screenshot when It's changed :)

It took me all winter to change up my farm :) I like this layout a lot better! Now farming is the focus, and animals don't even need to be visited if I don't need any materials from them

Wow, great job on those farms! Mines a bit smaller, don't need the zoom-out function for a screenshot lol. But I still am in year 1, and taking inspiration from your screenshots (if that's ok). Like it's meant to make big areas for your crops, use sprinklers and build walls around coops. So don't get me wrong, I'm not copying the farms you show. Just taking notes which is pretty helpfull for a noob at this genre such as me. Thanks :)

Taking inspiration from other farms is why threads like this are nice :) Helps make a single player game feel like more of a community effort this way!

Yeah, and it's such a great game too :) Some co-op would be a great addition though.
I've just found out how the friend-system works. I'm in year 1 (winter) and never gave anyone a gift or anything trough the whole game so far!

Wow, I'm about 50 hours in and my farm is pathetic. I spend most of my time fishing and wandering around aimlessly, LOL.

That's good for the beginning! Fishing can be a huge windfall early on. But you do have to take time to decorate your farm (usually after you've already gotten four candles at the shrine). Only reason I'm not posting anything here is because I am not neeaaaaarly ready to show it off yet. Trying to balance prettying things with getting the rest of the achievements!

Tried using the screenshot program. But most people are saying it doesn't work with the newest version of Stardew Valley. Tried it, and all I got were the normal resolutions repeated twice, and often crashing the game when I tried selecting one of the repeated options. Anyone have any troubleshooting for it? =(

Try having 100% Zoom, cause the program worked before the "zoom" option. I had the same problem and that worked for me. Also, when i selected the highest resolution, my screen only showed the top left part of the game. I alt+tabed out of the game, and then went back in, and it was ok :D Hope that helps :)

100% Zoom with the program, or without the program? Either way, it's too late for now. Did my pre-1.1 finale, so I missed my optimal photo op. =(

While the program is running, make sure the "IN-GAME" "ZOOM" option is at 100% and you are in FullScreen. Select the highest resolution, and you are probably good to go. If you still have issues, please post it here and we'll try to figure out a solution :D
Happy Farming :)

Yeah, tried that. It's the same error as before: it doesn't show the new resolutions, only repeats the same list twice and crashes the game when selecting the repeated options. =/

If you're into this type of game, then absolutely. It's certainly well designed, and the developer is constantly working on the game too. A new content patch, 1.1, is coming sometime soon and so is co-op multiplayer.
