How interested would you be in Twitch Highlights being more like Youtube?

Where you can comment, up vote...down vote. Generally making it more of a community thing with highlights, rather than as they stand now, just a big pile of unorganized videos. Right now im forced to use youtube if I wanna organize videos or hear peoples comments, honestly, Twitch could do this all themselves I think, and make it so much more interesting for the highlight system.

Just my opinion, what you guys think?
