Disable autoscroll when scrolled up.

First off all, thanks for this! My work schedule doesn't allow me to watch Cohh live very often. Youtube allows me to follow a playtrough beginning to end, but I always miss chat, especially when Cohh reacts to something without saying what that person exaclty said.

That being said I do have one suggestion. Two actualy but one is already posted (Theatermode).

As the title says, I would like the auto-scroll function of chat being disabled when the scrollbar isn't at the bottom. This way when you scroll up, to read something back, the chat doesn't shoot up losing what you're reading.

Currently you can achieve this by just pausing the video! Then it'll stop adding entries.
